Greetings from… Cabo, Mexico!

I’m super happy to say that I have been on the beach for the ENTIRE month of February!

For the first 3 weeks, I’ve stayed put in Puerto Penasco, Mexico.

It’s been really good to spend quality time with my friends plus my brother and his family!

When i heard that a handful of my favorite burner / rv friends were headed down to Cabo, Mexico for a week; I quickly invited myself along! Two of my friends were RV’ing all of the way down to the bottom of Baja and two of my other friends were flying in from the United States. I quickly went into research mode to figure out how and where the nearest airport in Mexico was to my location.

Three years ago, I did a couple months driving down Baja all of the way to Cabo and I had such a fun time down there! I felt like I had that trip a little bit short so I was excited to get back and explore it a bit more!

The trip required me to take a 6 hour bus further into mainland Mexico to a small airport. I wasn’t exactly for sure what to expect and if the bus would encounter any problems. Thankfully the bus ride was super duper smooth and no problems!

The week down in Cabo was awesome. We did several days at the beach, a glass bottom boat out to “the arch” where the Sea of Cortez meats the Pacific Ocean. We did a day at the pool, which included all you can eat and drink. I took full advantage of this pool day but was definitely paying for it the next day, lol.

I’ve just navigated my way back to the Cabo airport & I am getting ready to hop on my flight back to my van in Puerto Penasco. To be continued...
