Greetings from… Chicago, Illinois

My apartment life continued during the first two weeks of June in Phoenix, Arizona.

During this time, I finally narrowed it down to the exact make & model of RV I would like to get. Coincidently, there happened to be a private seller in Phoenix with that RV so I went to look at it! I really liked it so I thought about it for a week & decided to sign a purchasing agreement for it!

Unfortunately, I couldn't stick around Phoenix to finalize everything in person, I had to fly to Las Vegas for a work meetup the week of July 12th.

The work meetup was fun! There were around 25 of us & it was my first time meeting most of them in person!

After Vegas, I flew to New York City & to meet up with another group of friends I met through a Location Indie group. The group is geared towards fellow digital nomads or people who working towards becoming nomadic. This group is similar to my RV friends except this group tends to fly & do the suitcase thing instead.

I had such a good time at that event that I've already decided to go back again for it next year!

After camp, I flew to Omaha, Nebraska for a week to see a bunch of my friends & family!

I was even able to catch a College World Series baseball game while I was there also!

During the last few days of June, I flew to Louisville for a night to see somebody I have been friends with for 20+ years. From Louisville, I flew into Chicago to see another dear friend of mine for a couple of days.

I've been living out of my backpack for the last two months & I am beyond geeked to be flying to Phoenix tomorrow to get my new van!!!
